Lead the APJ Customer Solutions team, working with enterprise customers and cutting-edge identity security technology.

The Role

You'll lead a team of Customer Solutions Specialists across APJ, driving successful deployments, technical onboarding, and customer adoption for enterprise customers.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll partner closely with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering while helping customers maximise the value of a market‑leading cybersecurity platform.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Customer Solutions team across APJ
- Oversee enterprise deployments and technical onboarding
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and long‑term success
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and R&D; to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Provide technical leadership across identity, networking, and security technologies




- Deliver technical workshops and enablement programs
- Monitor team performance and continuously improve delivery processes

You'll Bring

- 6+ years' experience in Qualified Services, Post‑Sales, Solution Architecture, or Customer Solutions within a software vendor
- 3+ years leading technical or customer‑facing teams
- Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Identity, Networking, and Information Security
- Experience working with large enterprise and global customers
- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Nice to have:

- Identity Security or Cybersecurity experience
- AI or Cloud Security knowledge
- Experience working in fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity companies
