Opportunity You will lead the site reliability and maintenance
function, ensuring maintenance strategies are effectively planned,
executed, and continuously improved to support protected, efficient, and
reliable operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you
will partner closely with Production, Engineering, and site
leadership to optimise plant performance and deliver measurable
business outcomes. Develop and optimise preventative and planned
maintenance schedules across all plant and equipment Drive a
proactive maintenance culture focused on maximising equipment
availability and reducing Lead reliability improvement initiatives
to increase plant availability, throughput and efficiency Develop
and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery
and value creation Provide forecasting, variance analysis and




reporting to senior leadership Embed continuous improvement and
best-practice maintenance methodologies across the team Lead, coach
and develop the maintenance and reliability team Set clear
performance expectations and support succession planning and
capability development What you’ll bring You are an experienced
maintenance and reliability leader with strong technical capability
and a passion for driving operational performance. Tertiary
qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation
preferred) Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Reliability Manager
role within FMCG or manufacturing Strong experience in preventative
maintenance planning and continuous improvement delivery Experience
delivering capital and improvement projects with measurable
outcomes Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Why Noumi?
