Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Commercialisation
Project Manager to join our Transformation team. In this pivotal
role, you'll lead the successful delivery of New Product
Development (NPD) and product renovation projects, ensuring
innovative ideas are commercialised efficiently, effectively and in
line with Noumi's stage-gate processes. Working at the heart of the
business, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations,
Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Technical teams to deliver projects
that meet consumer needs, drive commercial outcomes and strengthen
our product portfolio. Lead end-to-end commercialisation projects
from concept through to market launch. Manage multiple New Product
Development (NPD) and product renovation projects, ensuring they
are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Facilitate
cross-functional project teams, driving alignment, accountability
and clear decision-making. Apply Agile,



Stage-Gate and Lean project
management methodologies to deliver successful outcomes. Build
strong relationships across internal manufacturing sites and
third-party manufacturing partners. Identify project risks, develop
mitigation strategies and proactively manage issues to minimise
business impact. What you’ll bring Relevant tertiary qualifications
in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Proven project
management experience, ideally within the FMCG, food or beverage
industry. Solid knowledge of New Product Development (NPD),
commercialisation and supply chain processes. Experience managing
multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency
in Microsoft Project, Monday.com and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business
priorities and technical requirements. Excellent stakeholder
management skills with the ability to influence and build
relationships across all levels of the business. This is a 12-month
