About the position:
As a Casual Registered Nurse, you'll provide safe, contemporary and person-centered clinical care while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is confident, adaptable and enjoys working across a variety of shifts as required.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents
- Completing resident admissions and comprehensive clinical assessments
- Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plans
- Administering medications safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes in condition
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting GP rounds and clinical reviews
- Providing leadership and guidance to care staff during your shift
- Ensuring care is delivered in line with AHPRA standards and Respect policies
You'll Have
We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses who can confidently step into a busy aged care environment and deliver outstanding clinical care. To be considered:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated nursing experience (aged care experience is highly regarded)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of aged care accreditation requirements
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays as required
