Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator – VRA Rescue
NSW Location: Homebush - Hybrid (NSW) Do you have a proven track
record in fundraising and partnership development? Do you want to
use your skills to directly support life-saving services across New
South Wales? VRA Rescue NSW, a volunteer-driven emergency rescue
organisation, is seeking a Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator
to lead strategic fundraising initiatives and build strong
partnerships that drive growth and operational capability. What you
will do: Secure grants, corporate partnerships, sponsorships and
community fundraising revenue. Develop compelling proposals,
campaigns and donor engagement strategies. Manage budgets and
measure fundraising outcomes to ensure sustainable growth. Build
strong relationships with donors, partners, volunteers and internal
teams. Use data and insights to shape strategy and maximise impact.
What were looking for: Proven fundraising/business development
experience in the not-for-profit sector. Track record of achieving
revenue targets across multiple streams. Strong communication,
presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker
with excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
