We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to support the Connex Switch platform and contribute to the Switch Modernization Program.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and provide build support for Connex on Mainframe
- Analyze, review, and implement vendor-proposed changes and customizations.
- Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Enhance customer Host Scheme PI during bi-annual compliance releases.
- Support Risk 9 asset initiatives, including Connex migration to new switch platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability of the Connex mainframe environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents with timely fixes.
- Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all code changes.





Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in Mainframe Development.
- Good understanding of payment switch systems (Connex preferred).
- Experience working in financial services or payments domain is highly desirable.
- Solid skills in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
