Position: Lead Delivery Manager Contract: 12 months +

Clearance: NV1 / NV2 / TSPV Job details Delivery Managers unblock
issues, support the delivery team, and monitor and improve
performance of the team. They use agile methodologies, learning and
iterating the product and processes frequently to meet user needs.
They work with Product Managers to define the roadmap for products
and services, remove blockers and support the delivery team so that
they can maintain delivery throughput. Key duties and
responsibilities Ensuring that systems, procedures and
methodologies are in place to support productive service delivery of
key capabilities. Develop and execute strategies for the delivery
of complex ICT systems.
Ensure effective change management and
transition to operations, including documentation, training and
support readiness. Monitor and report on delivery performance,
risks and issues. Support ASD as required building the team's
capabilities through mentoring, training and driving development of
subject matter experts. Collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, scope and priorities.
Technical skills Formal qualifications in Project/Delivery
