Expression of Interest: Procurement Specialists –
Transport Infrastructure (Day Rate Contracts) We are seeking
Expressions of Interest from experienced procurement professionals
with a background in transport infrastructure to be considered for
upcoming day rate contract opportunities. IBG is a majority
Indigenous owned recruitment business registered with Supply
Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure,
construction and major project recruitment. We partner closely with
contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations
to place high quality technical professionals. Our approach is
relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical
industry experience and a clear understanding of how complex
projects are delivered. With a strong pipeline of major
infrastructure projects across roads, rail, and broader transport
networks, we are looking to connect with individuals who can
support procurement delivery across various project phases. About
the Opportunities These roles will support large-scale transport
infrastructure programs, working across government agencies, Tier 1
contractors, and advisory environments. Engagements will vary in
scope, covering early market engagement through to contract award
and supplier management. Key Responsibilities May Include
End-to-end procurement and sourcing activities Development and
execution of procurement strategies Tender documentation
preparation (EOI, RFP, RFQ) Market engagement and supplier
evaluation Commercial negotiations and contract formation
Stakeholder engagement across project and commercial teams Ensuring
compliance with procurement frameworks and governance We Are
Interested in Hearing From Professionals With: Demonstrated
experience in procurement within transport infrastructure (road,
rail, civil projects) Solid knowledge of public or private sector
procurement processes Experience working on major projects or
programs Commercial acumen and contract management capability
Ability to operate in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
