Responsibilities

- Sales and customer service
- Visual merchandising
- Inventory management
- 37.5 hours per week
- Opportunity to step up as Store Manager during absences

Qualifications

- Enthusiastic, energetic, and embraces our culture of diversity, fun and family
- Enjoys and regularly participates in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel
- Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or 2‑3 years experience in retail sales
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a energetic team environment
