Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Food Services Assistant (Support Services) to join our team at St Vincent’s Care Services Carina. You will be part of an experienced, engaged team working to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care workplace for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a catering and kitchen service that aligns with the mission and philosophy of St Vincent’s Care Services.
- Support high quality food service outcomes for residents, customers and staff.
- Follow directives as outlined in individual care plans.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Operate kitchen and catering equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to Aged Care guidelines, resident rights and responsibilities.

Key Qualifications

- Experience in an aged care facility or hospital environment providing food services.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directives and care plans.




- Understanding of aged care regulations and resident rights.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) – required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
