Ashurst Perkins Coie 2026/2027 Seasonal Clerkship Program offers newly qualified law students a chance to work across Litigation, Investigations & Advisory; Corporate Transactions; Intellectual Property; Technology; Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources; Real Estate; and Finance in a global law firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on real‑world legal matters across multiple practice areas, advising corporates, financial institutions, and governments.
- Participate in research, drafting, and client support, gaining exposure to high‑profile, complex transactions and litigation.
- Attend workshops, team‑building activities, and social events to develop professional relationships and strengthen teamwork.

Qualifications





- Penultimate or final year law student.
- Robust communication, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, teamwork, and resilience.
- Legal working rights to work in Australia during the clerkship period.
