We're partnering with a Federal Government organisation seeking an experienced Manager, Workplace Relations (EL1) to lead enterprise bargaining, workplace relations strategy and complex employee relations matters. This is an excellent chance to influence organisational outcomes while providing trusted advice to senior leaders on a broad range of workforce matters.

About the role
/n
You will:
/n
/n
- Lead enterprise bargaining and workplace relations initiatives
/n
- Provide strategic advice on employee relations, industrial matters and organisational change
/n
- Manage complex performance, conduct and employee relations cases
/n
- Develop workplace policies and ensure compliance with APS legislation
/n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and employee representatives
/n
- Drive workplace relations projects that support organisational improvement
/n/n
About you
/n
You'll bring:
/n
/n
- Demonstrated experience in Workplace Relations and Employee Relations
/n
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise bargaining
/n
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace frameworks
/n
- Experience managing complex workplace matters and organisational risk
/n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills
/n
- Hold a Baseline Security Clearance
/n/n
