Kick off your journey with 6 weeks of core training. We'll fly you in your first month to our Sydney or Melbourne centre (flights and accommodation on us) for in-person coaching, team bonding, and social events. Why? Because we believe in the power of collaboration.

Once you've built your foundations, you'll step into a hands-on learning setting where you'll sharpen your skills through real-world client project simulations.

In just 12–14 weeks, you'll be ready to work with one of our top ASX-listed clients in banking, finance, insurance, and more.

About you

/n

/n

- You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)

/n

- Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program

/n





- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills

/n

- Eligibility to work in Australia(citizen or permanent resident)

/n

- Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support.

/n/n

Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
