Job Description

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Scrum Master in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives) and ensure actions are completed.

/n

- Establish delivery cadence, working agreements, Definition of Ready/Done, and lightweight governance suitable for a regulated government setting.

/n

- Drive delivery reporting and transparency (burn-up/burn-down, throughput, forecasts, RAID logs, status reports) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

/n

- Ensure delivery aligns with cyber security, compliance, and assurance requirements, escalating where delivery risk impacts security posture.
