Centre Director – Busy Bees at Beenleigh. Location: 20 City Road, Beenleigh QLD 4207.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our service at Busy Bees at Beenleigh. As Centre Director, you will:

- Lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional education and care
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees’ standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
- Manage enrolments, budgets, and staffing effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and collaboration
- Support the qualified growth and development of your team

What You’ll Need

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning service
- Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in service operations and financial management
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
