We specialise in residential electrical work, air conditioning, renovations, electrical upgrades, EV chargers, switchboards, smoke alarms, fault-finding, and more.

The Role

No two days are the same.

You'll be completing a mix of:

- Electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Split system installations
- Air conditioning servicing and maintenance
- Air conditioning replacements
- Residential renovations
- Switchboard upgrades




- Smoke alarm compliance
- EV charger installations
- Ceiling fans, lighting and power
- Providing professional advice and tailored solutions to customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve the safety, efficiency and functionality of our customers' homes and businesses

We focus on quality. Our technicians are given the time, tools and support to do the job properly while building genuine relationships with our clients.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

- Holds a current QLD Electrical Licence
- Holds a Refrigerant Handling Licence and Air Conditioning qualifications
- Has an ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Has a current Split System Installation Licence
- Holds a current Driver Licence
- Takes pride in neat, high-quality workmanship
- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers
- Works well independently and within a team
- Is organised, reliable and motivated
- Has a positive, "get it done" attitude
- Is eager to continue learning and developing their skills

We'd Love It If You Also Have

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Confidence identifying additional customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions




- A passion for educating customers rather than simply fixing the immediate problem
- A desire to maximise opportunities while always acting with honesty and integrity

Bonus Points If You Have

- EV charger installation experience
- Strong service and maintenance experience
- Experience using ServiceM8
- CPR, LVR and Working at Heights
- First Aid
- Cabling or security experience
