Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Earthworks Supervisors to lead minesite bulk earthworks crews on major projects across WA's Goldfields region for a prominent and highly successful civil contractor. This is a strong opportunity for proven site leaders with experience across large‐scale minesite bulk earthworks who can drive safe, efficient production while maintaining quality, momentum and clear communication across site.

About the Role

/n

As Earthworks Supervisor you will oversee day‐to‐day minesite bulk earthworks operations, coordinating crews, plant, materials and subcontractors across works such as tailings dam construction, embankments, buttress projects and associated civil infrastructure.

/n

You will work closely with project teams to keep works running safely, productively and to schedule. You can choose either a FIFO 8/6 or 2/1 roster and an hourly rate of $90/hr + Super is on offer. An immediate start is also available!

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Supervise and coordinate minesite bulk earthworks activities across WA Goldfields projects.

/n

- Oversee works including tailings dams, embankments, buttress construction and associated civil earthworks.

/n

- Lead, mentor and motivate site crews to achieve secure and efficient outcomes.

/n

- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, site procedures and safe work practices.

/n

- Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors.

/n

- Monitor progress, productivity, quality and project milestones.

/n

- Conduct site inspections,



toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

/n

- Maintain accurate site records, reports and daily diaries.

/n

- Liaise with project managers to support delivery against deadlines and budgets.

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks and minesite civil works for civil contractors.

/n

- Experience across tailings dams, embankments, buttress works or similar bulk earthworks packages will be highly regarded.

/n

- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

/n

- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safe work requirements.

/n

- Ability to manage site priorities, solve problems and keep crews moving.

/n/n

Requirements

- Full existing rights to work in Australia

- Able to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
