Manager Aboriginal Strategy & Partnerships

We have a temporary full-time appointment available August 2026 to 18 December 2028, with the possibility of permanency in the future.

About the role

The Manager Aboriginal Strategy & Partnerships leads the planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives to grow the Aboriginal VET workforce, enhance cultural competency across College staff, establish and maintain relevant partnerships and embed culturally secure practices and systems across the organisation.

Suitability Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants will be assessed by their skills, experiences and attributes in relation to the job requirements and leadership behaviours required for the role.

To be considered eligible for employment, you must possess current and valid Australian work rights, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate working visa. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

You must also hold, or have the ability to obtain, a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Working with Children (WWC) Card. Appointment will be subject to the satisfactory completion of any mandatory pre‐employment screening requirements.
