About the role

Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for an experienced, committed Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team seeking potential career development.

Reporting directly to the Sales Estimating Manager, the successful applicant will join the team with a commitment to providing quality service.

Key responsibilities

- Provide accurate sales estimates to clients, combining standard options, non‑standard options, earthworks, and slab upgrades, and ensuring siting and requests comply with Australian regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to Mimosa Homes guidelines to ascertain all information for determining fixed site costs when required.
- Support various business areas,



including customer requirements at sales stage, integration of options and variations needed to complete contract quotations (including amendments), colour selection variations, client changes, and post‑ and pre‑contract variations.
- Provide specific documentation as required in line with Mimosa Homes design and construction details.
- Provide accurate quantities and maintain Mimosa Homes Price Book of standard options for our product range using our Sales Estimating software.
- Set prices based on supplier rates and Mimosa’s margins.
- Liaise with all suppliers, trades, and internal stakeholders when required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, combined with the ability to interpret working drawings and technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Self‑motivated, values‑driven, target‑focused, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a quality focus.
