Saville & Co Consulting Building Surveyors is looking for a Registered Building Surveyor (Unlimited) to join the business as a director.

This is not simply another senior surveying role. It is an opportunity to become part of the leadership team, influence the strategic direction of an established and respected consultancy, and, following a successful "getting to know you" period, potentially become an Equity Director.

Saville & Co has built an outstanding reputation across Victoria and works on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, retail, industrial and data centres. The business has a healthy forward pipeline of work, loyal long-term clients and an experienced team ranging from cadets through to senior Building Surveyors.

You will have the support,

We are looking for someone who is:

- Registered Building Surveyor (Unlimited) with the ability to independently sign off projects.
- Technically strong with excellent commercial judgement.
- Ready to step into a genuine leadership role.
- Interested in building something long-term rather than simply changing employers.
