The Role

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Uni Verse/PICK Developers to work on a range of interesting and challenging development projects. These roles will best suit Uni Verse/PICK programmers who are interested in continuing within the core Uni Verse programming domain or, alternatively, eager to learn and work across the full application stack.

You will work on the development of core banking features, including loan management and fraud management systems, collaborating with a team of technical experts based across multiple locations, including Australia and Malaysia.

- Architecting, designing, and developing features and applications
- Collaborating with other developers to share knowledge and solve problems
- Debugging and triaging issues in our products and solutions
- Creating and running automated unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests




- Collaborating with other developers and your manager to plan projects and estimate work
- Showcasing your work to other developers and stakeholders
- Preparing documentation and contributing to our knowledge base.

The Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working on Multi Value databases, which may include Uni Verse, Uni Data, D3, jBASE, QM, mvBASE, Open Insight, Caché, Uni Vision or Reality
- Experience and expertise in Python development (a big plus!)
- A passion for developing solutions that generate real customer value
- A strong desire to learn and apply a wider set of technical skills
- Experience in writing automated tests and passionate about producing polished and well-tested software
- Experience in Azure Dev Ops (nice to have!).
- Rocket Universe.NET (C# and VB), MVC, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and .NET Core
- HTML5, jQuery, AngularJS, CSS
- MSSQL
- Fin Tech and/or Core Banking
- Exposure to CI/CD and Dev Ops
- Service-Oriented and Microservice Architecture.
