About the Role:

You'll work with a mixed NDIS caseload, including psychosocial disability and functional capacity needs, with the flexibility to deliver services in-clinic, in the community, or hybrid.

What You'll Be Doing
/n

- Deliver functional, psychosocial and sensory assessments under the NDIS
/n
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
/n
- Support participants to build independence and community participation
/n
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
/n
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to help others grow
/n/n
Key Requirements
