Prospect Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you'll play a
key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of domestic and export
distribution activities. You'll provide day-to-day leadership to
your team while working closely with warehousing, transport
providers, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to deliver
outstanding customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role
where you'll have the opportunity to improve processes, build
capability within your team and contribute to the ongoing success
of our Supply Chain function. Leading, coaching and developing a
team of three Distribution Officers. Coordinating distribution
activities to ensure customer requirements are met. Building strong
relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics
partners. Monitoring service performance and driving continuous




improvement initiatives. Supporting operational planning and
identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Acting as an
escalation point to resolve distribution and service issues. What
you’ll bring You'll be an experienced leader within distribution,
logistics or supply chain who enjoys developing people and
improving processes. You're organised, proactive and thrive in a
fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Experience
leading or supervising a distribution or logistics team. Strong
stakeholder management and communication skills. A continuous
improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results. Excellent
organisational skills and the ability to manage competing
priorities. Experience working with transport providers,
warehousing and customer fulfilment. *This is a 12-month maternity
