The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, production support, payroll compliance, and stakeholder management. Key Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration and support Experience managing ServiceNow tickets and HPQC ESS & MSS Portal administration and support Expertise in Payroll Control Center (PCC) and Single Touch Payroll (STP) Strong knowledge of Pay, Tax, Superannuation, Deductions, Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave Loading, Shift Allowances, Termination Payments, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)/Awards Experience delivering payroll enhancements, defect fixes, and configuration changes Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces and third-party integrations Spinifex Reporting experience Robust documentation, testing, and configuration skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting large-scale,



high-volume HR & Payroll environments Key Responsibilities Provide BAU support and resolve payroll incidents through ServiceNow and HPQC. Configure and enhance SAP Payroll solutions to meet business requirements. Analyse and resolve complex payroll issues related to tax, deductions, superannuation, leave, awards, and payroll processing. Support ESS/MSS functionality and payroll integrations with third-party applications. Prepare functional, configuration, and testing documentation. Collaborate with Payroll, Superannuation, Onboarding, and Termination teams to deliver quality payroll services. Participate in support pack upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
