We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Client Manager to join our team and manage a significant portfolio of Construction clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to understand their unique needs, assess insurable risks, and design customised insurance solutions.




- Negotiate and secure optimal outcomes in the global insurance market to meet client objectives.
- Build and nurture a robust professional network to drive new business opportunities and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with underwriting partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Manage your portfolio’s budget, sales plan, and debtors to achieve financial targets and deliver results.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and professional growth.
- Represent Gallagher’s brand and values within the local business community, as well as on regional and national platforms.

About You

- Proven experience as a senior broker, ideally with exposure to Construction accounts.
- A strong track record in managing corporate or global client accounts with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
- A results oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain long term pipelines and professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a professional and passionate approach.
- A history of delivering outstanding financial and operational outcomes.
