Therapy Coordinator

Join Early Start Australia as a Therapy Coordinator in our Canberra clinic to provide efficient coordination of therapy services for children and families.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and optimise therapist schedules and client appointments
- Respond quickly to changes in availability and update our practice management system
- Conduct onboarding calls with families and support risk assessment processes
- Manage the administration task queue and delegate tasks effectively
- Oversee invoicing and service delivery summaries across NDIS, Medicare, and private funding
- Generate and maintain Therapy Support Plans
- Prepare accurate reports on caseloads, productivity, and client data

Qualifications

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
- Confident, empathetic communication with families and clinicians
- Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in phone, email, and PMS‑based communication
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in a therapy or healthcare setting (highly regarded)




- Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
