About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution and delivery of complex ICT projects across software development, AI solutions, business automation, cloud services, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with clients, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams, you will manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete lifecycle of ICT projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation and closure.
• Lead software development,



cloud migration, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, intelligent automation and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into successful project outcomes.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, AI engineers, cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, business analysts and cybersecurity specialists.
• Manage Agile, Scrum and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues and quality standards while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project workshops, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings and executive reporting.
• Manage project governance, change requests, risk mitigation and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners to support successful project implementation.
• Ensure successful deployment, client acceptance, knowledge transfer and operational handover following project completion.
• Continuously improve project management processes and delivery frameworks across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related ICT discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience managing ICT or software development projects.




• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing Agile and Scrum software development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills
• Experience delivering AI, Generative AI or intelligent automation projects.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms including n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Make.com or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise networking and managed IT services.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
