The Role

We’re seekingexperienced Commis Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team inpart-time & casual positions . You’ll be part of a vibrant environment where quality and creativity are celebrated.

What You’ll Do

- Craft and present dishes to the highest standard
- Collaborate with senior chefs on preparation and service
- Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene practices
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen

About You

- Proven experience as a chef in premium or high-volume kitchens
- Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
- Resilience and adaptability in a energetic environment
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills




- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Our Full Time & PT4 positions require full 7 day per week availability

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
