THREADJAM is a premium fashion production and development agency, guiding brands from first concept through to bulk production. We work closely with our clients to bring their creative visions to life - backed by a carefully built network of quality manufacturers and supply chains, and meticulous attention to detail in every garment we deliver.
Our services ensure brands are factory-ready with comprehensive technical documentation, and we provide full support throughout production - managing development, supplier relations, and communication end to end. We collaborate with a valuable and ever-growing network of offshore manufacturers to deliver high-quality product across all categories - giving our brands the confidence to push design boundaries, whether they're launching their first range or expanding into current markets.
Your Role
This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll own a portfolio of our major clients end to end - managing product development and the entire production process, ensuring critical path deadlines align with each brand's needs, and acting as their trusted single point of contact from concept to bulk.
You'll work across fit-for-purpose garments, high fashion garments, and accessories in all categories - so genuine breadth and depth of technical experience is a must. Your technical judgement will lead fit and construction decisions, and your client care will define how our brands experience working with us - informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
