Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Assistant Cafe Manager to join our vibrant Rustica venue at Melbourne Airport. As Assistant Cafe Manager, you'll support the Manager in driving daily operations, leading engaged teams and maintaining premium service standards. About the Candidate

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy cafe or restaurant setting
- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Strong coffee and barista knowledge, essential
- Energetic, guest-focused, and confident leading from the floor
- Skilled in team development, recruitment, and performance coaching
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
