Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a mobile facilities maintenance team servicing government, commercial, and institutional assets throughout Sydney.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs on building services equipment
- Testing and maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, switchboards, and power distribution equipment
- Attending service calls and breakdowns across multiple sites
- Completing compliance inspections and reporting
- Liaising with clients and site stakeholders
- Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with Australian Standards




- Participating in an on-call roster when required

What you'll need to succeed

- NSW Electrical Licence
- Experience working within facilities maintenance, commercial property, healthcare, education, government, or similar environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of building services and electrical infrastructure
- Current Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- White Card and experience using CMMS systems highly regarded
