We’re seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our Darwin-based team on a permanent basis, responsible for maintaining and monitoring core business infrastructure and systems.

This role involves delivering technology solutions, responding to Severity 2 and 3 incidents, and supporting both service and project requests.

Responsibilities

- Implement and support infrastructure technologies across a range of business systems.
- Respond to and resolve Severity 2 and 3 incidents in a timely manner.
- Manage service and project requests with a customer-focused approach.
- Contribute to infrastructure design, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Able toParticipate in after-hours work, on-call roster, and project activities as required.

Skills & Experience

- Experience across both Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference items
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Sound knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment
- Ability to apply ITIL concepts within the workplace
- Understanding of Microsoft Cloud services and knowledge across Entra, Intune, Exchange Online




- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, solid troubleshooting knowledge for both On-Prem and Microsoft Cloud infrastructure
- Linux skillset would be advantageous
- Attention to detail and customer focused
