Your new role
This Local Council is looking for a Parking Officer to assist the team on a temporary basis. You will be communicating and liaising with members of the public and providing advice in relation to parking matters. You will be enforcing parking laws and issuing parking infringements where required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent conflict resolution skills and de-escalation skills and be able to communicate with members of the public in an empathetic and professional manner. You will be safety conscious and will have high levels of fitness. You will demonstrate enthusiasm, keenness for the role and an excellent work ethic.
