actionable briefs for the compositing team.

- Critical Eye: Provide precise feedback on color, light, integration, and composition, ensuring that the final output is indistinguishable from reality.

2. Technical Strategy & Workflow

- Methodology Development: Design “master comps” and templates that will be used across the show to ensure visual continuity and efficiency.

- Pipeline Integration: Collaborate with 3D Department Supervisors (Lighting, FX, Environments) to ensure the 2D pipeline receives the necessary passes and data for a successful composite.

- Problem Solving: Act as the final point of escalation for technical issues within Nuke , identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that keep the project on track.

3. Production & Team Management

- Bidding & Resourcing: Participate in the production bidding process, providing accurate estimates of the time and resources required to achieve the desired creative results.

- Project Management: Work closely with Producers to balance the pursuit of absolute quality with the realities of budget and schedule constraints.
