Your new role
As a helpdesk analyst, you will provide first-level ICT support to internal users by resolving incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring reliable access to systems, and to meet the ICT service support needs of the staff, sites and divisions across Uniting.
Working as part of the ICT Help Desk, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Level 1 Help desk support for the company’s core applications, systems and hardware.
- Monitoring queues and answer customer calls within stated guidelines
- Responding to questions from internal staff face to face, telephone and email
- Providing onsite support within the region as needed on a regular basis.

Your skills and experience
- Familiarity with IT/Telco support or Helpdesk role.
- Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365,
and remote desktop tools.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
