Opportunity We are seeking a Process Engineer to support Safety,
Quality, Operations, and Reliability at our UHT and Consumer
Nutritional manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will drive
continuous improvement, implement robust systems, and work closely
with operations teams to improve KPIs such as: Hazard and Incident
closeouts First Time Quality Consumer Complaints Line Efficiency
Cost Reduction You’ll achieve this through Operational Excellence
(Opex) tools, people-focused initiatives such as training and
knowledge sharing, and implementing long-term systems and process
improvements. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain robust
systems for site mechanical and processing equipment. Provide
guidance, mentorship, and development to site staff and
contractors. Offer technical expertise and support to the Projects
team.



Identify, lead, and implement improvement projects to meet
site goals. Support fault finding and problem-solving to resolve
breakdowns effectively. Monitor progress against targets, promoting
a high-achievement culture. Identify opportunities to optimise
current manufacturing processes. Complete necessary reporting on
financial and operational targets. What you’ll bring Engineering
qualification (preferably chemical or mechanical) – mandatory 3+
years’ experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environments
Dairy industry experience – desirable Outstanding leadership skills
and self-awareness in communication style Strong problem-solving
and decision-making capabilities Team-first attitude with a focus
on working smarter and driving results Flexibility to provide
on-call support and assist with technical issues as needed Why
