Opportunity Reporting to the Quality Systems Lead, this role is
responsible for leading food safety, quality assurance, and
compliance across the UHT production function. You will play a key
role in ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet
internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer
expectations, while driving a strong food safety culture across
site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work
closely with Production, Quality Systems, and cross-functional
stakeholders to investigate quality deviations, support continuous
improvement initiatives, and strengthen operational excellence
outcomes. Lead and mentor the UHT Quality team, driving
accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Manage
product and process deviation investigations, including root cause




analysis and corrective actions Support food safety and quality
compliance across HACCP programs, GMP, hygiene, and manufacturing
controls Assess product suitability and disposition following
manufacturing deviations to ensure food safety and brand protection
Participate in validation, verification, and trial activities
across UHT production lines Drive customer and consumer complaint
investigations and ensure timely resolution What you’ll bring
Previous experience within a food manufacturing, dairy, or UHT
environment Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety,
HACCP, and manufacturing processes Demonstrated leadership
capability with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous
improvement mindset The ability to build strong cross-functional
relationships and work collaboratively across the business Why
