About you As the Centre Manager, your responsibilities
extend beyond operational management to cultivate a nurturing and
vibrant workplace environment. Your leadership profoundly
influences the educational path of the children and staff in your
care. We seek a seasoned leader with experience in similar roles,
showcasing adept communication skills to rally, inspire, and
empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational
professionals who will be instrumental in crafting the learning
atmosphere for our children and building robust family connections.
Role requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or
higher) Proven people management experience with the ability to
manage both up and down the chain A positive growth mindset coupled
with strong organisational and time management skills Strong
knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework
(EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Positive experience
with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a
QIP Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
