Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Electrical Technician
to join our Shepparton manufacturing team. Working within a 24/7
rotating shift roster, you'll play a critical role in maintaining
and improving the performance of our UHT processing and packaging
lines, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime. This
is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG
environment, partnering closely with Operations and Reliability
teams while contributing to continuous improvement across the site.
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance across UHT
processing, filling and packaging equipment. Responding to
equipment breakdowns, carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and
root cause analysis. Supporting production through line tuning,
centre lining and process optimisation. Driving continuous




improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce
downtime. Completing preventative maintenance tasks and
capitalising on planned maintenance opportunities. What you’ll
bring A current A-Class Electrical Licence (or equivalent).
Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician within an FMCG,
food or beverage manufacturing environment. Experience working on
automated manufacturing equipment, ideally Tetra Pak UHT filling
and packaging systems. Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
across electrical control systems. Experience interpreting
electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and OEM documentation.
Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, SCADA or industrial automation
systems. Experience using a CMMS such as MEX (or similar). A
proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement and
