- Design and implement customer identity solutions using Auth0.
- Build secure authentication and authorisation services for customer-facing applications and digital platforms.
- Configure and customise login, registration, profile management and self-service identity journeys.
- Develop and maintain integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and other up-to-date identity standards.
- Design federation solutions with enterprise identity providers and third-party platforms.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication and risk-based access controls.
- Develop custom identity workflows, Actions and integrations to support complex customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with application, platform and security teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical leadership and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Robust experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Auth0.
- Strong understanding of: OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) SAML Federation Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience integrating identity platforms with modern web, mobile and API-based applications.
- Experience in one or more languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, C#, Java or Python.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving,
stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Highly Desirable Experience with other identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity, ForgeRock or SailPoint.
- Experience designing CIAM solutions for large-scale customer-facing platforms.
- Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access and modern security architectures.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare or utilities.
