About The Role
As the Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our beauty products are consistently available across our Woolworths Group (Woolworths & Big W) portfolio.
You’ll own the day-to-day replenishment of key vendors, balancing demand, supply and inventory to support sales, launches and promotional activity. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll proactively manage stock flow, mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement across availability, service levels and inventory health.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end vendor replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with forecasts, demand plans and supplier lead times
- Partner closely with vendors to track deliveries, manage constraints and resolve supply issues
- Monitor sell-through,



inventory cover and stock health across core and new product ranges
- Support recent product launches, promotions and seasonal demand peaks
- Analyse data and provide insights to improve availability, efficiency and working capital

Skills & Experience

- Experience in replenishment, planning or supply chain (beauty, FMCG or retail highly regarded)
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel and planning systems. Experience with SAP would be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with outstanding stakeholder communication
- Close attention to detail with a commercial understanding of stock, margin and service levels
