Coles Group is hiring a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to partner with Laverton CDC leadership to support protected and timely recovery outcomes for team members. You’ll provide specialist advice across injury management, early intervention, workplace rehabilitation, fitness for work and wellbeing, helping embed proactive programs that meet operational needs.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Safety, People & Culture, training teams, allied health providers and Coles Team Cover to deliver
