Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for NSW, Outstanding Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre – Forster. The role focuses on guest-first outcomes and requires ownership of aquatic operations, swim school support and health club coordination.
You will lead the team in the absence of the area manager, promoting frontline service excellence while complying with WHS and NSW Health guidelines. Prior experience in health, fitness, aquatics or hospitality is valued.
