We're looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager to join Marilyn & Sons on a 4 month contract.

We've got some exciting work happening right now and we're looking for someone who can jump in quickly, help keep projects moving and become an extension of our small team. You'll work closely with a senior team on meaningful projects, have genuine ownership over your work and help shape how our agency operates.

This role is initially part-time on a contract basis, with potential to transition into a permanent role if it's the right fit for everyone.

We're a small independent creative agency with clients ranging from global brands to Australian icons, working on a solid mix of branding, campaigns and design work.

We work extremely closely with our clients and place a lot of value on our long standing relationships.

About the role

You'll work alongside our Account Director and creative team to keep projects organised, clients informed and the studio running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day client communication and relationships across a range of accounts
- Running internal and client WIP meetings




- Ownership of our project management software, Streamtime inc. quoting and traffic management
- Keeping projects and budgets on track
- Project management: developing and managing creative briefs, timelines, quotes and deliverables for campaigns, activations and design jobs

We'd love someone who:

- Has 3-5+ years in an account management or project management role within a creative, branding or ad agency
- Is organised and calm under pressure
- Loves building genuine client relationships
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the details
- Is confident leading meetings and keeping momentum
- Has experience managing budgets and timelines
- Enjoys working in a small team where everyone contributes
- Experience with Streamtime and Figma is excellent but not mandatory
