Overview

Chin Chin Sydney — located in the historic Griffiths Tea building in Surry Hills — is a large, award‑winning restaurant that serves Southeast Asian flavours. We feed in excess of 8,000 people weekly and are part of Lucas Collective, a leading hospitality group.

We are looking for passionate and experienced chefs to join our team. This role offers a full‑time and casual prospect with growth and professional development in a fast‑paced, high‑volume dining environment.

Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment
- Experience with larder, wok and grill work (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine (highly regarded)
- Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant environments




- Resilience and ability to perform in high‑pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Willingness to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
