innovation. About the Role You’ll play a key role in protecting
Magentus’ systems by supporting and enhancing our security
platforms. Working closely with the IT Security Team, you’ll
strengthen monitoring, response, and automation across a complex
enterprise environment. Key responsibilities: Security automation —
Improve and automate cyber security processes. Threat monitoring —
Monitor networks and endpoints to detect and prevent threats.
Threat hunting — Proactively identify malicious activity across our
environments. Risk management — Work with stakeholders to manage
risks and advanced threats. Platform deployment — Support the
rollout of new security tools and technologies. Security
assessments — Contribute to risk assessments, vulnerability
testing, and threat emulation. Operational support — Perform daily
checks, triage alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate
responses during APAC hours. Incident response — Respond to
security incidents, ensuring timely remediation or escalation.
Platform operations — Support endpoint detection, email security,
zero trust access, threat intelligence, and exposure management.
Security administration — Assist with tuning, exclusions,
quarantines, access remediation,
and reporting. Customer engagement
— Represent security in customer meetings and respond to security
questionnaires. Awareness initiatives — Support phishing
simulations, training, and security education. About You 3+ years
in information security and 2–3 years in software development.
Experience with SIEM, endpoint detection, threat hunting, and
sandboxing. Knowledge of forensics, reverse engineering,
vulnerability assessment, and firewalls. Relevant certifications
(e.g., SANS, CISSP, OSCP, eLearn). Experience in SOC or security
operations environments. You’ll bring: Strong analytical and
problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Clear communication and attention to detail. Passion for
cyber security and emerging threats. Confidence engaging with
