Position: Creative Operations Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$70/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Develop long-horizon creative-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation. Build scenarios in Asset Management focusing on versioning, naming conventions, and DAM tagging . Coordinate Production by routing creative intake and preparing handoff packets with required fields. Design Localization tasks using string lists for specified locales and defined glossaries. Work independently and asynchronously to create challenging scenarios requiring focus. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in creative ops, design production, or content ops. Expertise in DAM administration (Bynder, Frontify,



Brandfolder) or creative workflow tools ( Asana , Monday , Airtable ). Proficient in Figma file management and localization vendor coordination.
