We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Consultant to help us capitalise on that momentum.

Unlike many sales roles, you won't be expected to spend your days cold calling or generating business from scratch.

Our consultants are already out in the market delivering exceptional work, generating referrals, repeat business and a steady stream of enquiries. We have a healthy pipeline of opportunities and proposals. Your role is to build relationships, maintain momentum, follow up opportunities and ultimately help convert proposals into secured projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Winning Work

- Following up proposals and keeping opportunities moving.
- Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understanding client priorities and helping them navigate their next steps.
- Working closely with technical consultants to convert opportunities into projects.
- Managing an active pipeline of proposals and client enquiries.
- Contributing directly to revenue growth and business success.

Growing Client Relationships

- Becoming a trusted point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Building strong relationships with developers, building owners, strata managers, architects, project managers, consultants and government stakeholders.
- Identifying repeat work opportunities and upcoming projects.
- Helping clients access the full breadth of Credwell's expertise.

Collaborating With Technical Experts

- Working alongside highly experienced Building Consulting,



Energy and Fire & Risk professionals.
- Supporting proposal development and client engagement activities.
- Ensuring a smooth transition from proposal acceptance through to project commencement.
- Sharing market intelligence and client feedback with our consulting teams.

About You

You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and are looking to grow and further your career in Sales.

You might come from:

- Business Development
- Account Management
- Property & Construction
- Skilled Services
- Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Recruitment or another relationship-based industry
