YMCA Victoria is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to supervise the Carlton Baths Aquatics space and ensure a secure swimming environment. You will monitor patrons, enforce rules, and educate users on safe practices while remaining approachable and responsive to emergencies.
Ideal candidates will hold an Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate and CPR/First Aid qualifications, plus a willingness to work flexible rosters and engage with the community across state centres.
