About The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally




- Follow call scripts/guidelines while adapting messaging as needed
- Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately
- Maintain organised records of call outcomes
- Work towards agreed performance and call targets

What We2re Looking For

- 2–3+ years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Comfortable handling multiple campaigns/services
- Professional phone manner with a positive attitude
- Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
